Product and service exchange mobile application
(AI-supported)
UX/UI Design
About the project
I designed a mobile platform that enables users to exchange items and services using smart matches and a QML virtual currency. The goal was to create an experience simpler and more engaging than existing solutions such as OLX or Vinted.
Used tools
Desk Research, Business Requirements, UserFlow, Lo-Fi Wireframes, User Tests, UI Design Prototype
Desk research
I analyzed similar platforms (OLX, Vinted, Freecycle, OfferUp, Finta.pl), identifying best practices.
Key inspirations:
-
OfferUp - a simple matching system
-
Wallapop - geolocation for local exchanges
-
Finta.pl - a scoring system

Business Requirements
-
Easy registration (Mobile phone/Facebook)
-
User profile creation (personal data, interests)
-
Offer publishing system (QML cryptocurrency)
-
Intelligent algorithm for matching offers
-
Chat between users
-
QML starter package for new users
-
System of earning QML for activity
-
Offer filtering and notification system
-
Native application for iOS
User Flow
I designed the complete flow of the application, which includes registration, account settings, adding offers, the matching process and finalizing the transaction.

Lo-Fi Wireframes
I have also prepared low-fidelity views that show the layout and functionality of screens such as registration, account settings, viewing offers and the matching process.

Testing
Test participants suggested several improvements. They indicated that they would like to see at a glance how many offers are in a given category (services or products). They also suggested adding an option to filter the proposals that appear to them. Under the “Liked” tab, users would prefer that offers that have received a match be separated from those that are still waiting to be matched. In addition, they suggested that a button should be available from the thumbnail of an ad, allowing users to quickly jump to a chat with the bidder.
UI Design and interactive prototype
The UI design was aligned with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines, ensuring visual consistency and clarity of the interface. The final prototype includes fixes resulting from testing, enhancing intuitiveness and fluidity of use.
